As a dedicated CPD professional with nearly 15 years of experience as a commercial supporter, I am committed to advancing the Alliance's vision of improving patient care through effective healthcare education. My career has been focused on innovating in CPD, fostering diversity and inclusion, and developing data-driven strategies to demonstrate the impact of educational initiatives.


My experience in change management and quality improvement is exemplified by my work at GRAIL, where I established a novel medical education program for an emerging oncology diagnostic technology. This initiative not only improved clinician knowledge and confidence but also implemented innovative measurement techniques to quantify the program's impact on patient outcomes. By integrating AI-driven analytics, we identified knowledge gaps in real-time and tailored interventions accordingly, resulting in a measured improvement in clinician confidence. At Ultragenyx, I demonstrated my commitment to interprofessional collaboration and adult learning by developing a cross-functional education platform addressing rare disease management. The program led to increases in early diagnosis rates and significantly improved patient outcomes. This experience underscores my ability to foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. If elected to the board, I pledge to:

3. Address regional care variations through targeted, data-driven educational strategies.
4. Advance research and scholarship aligned with Alliance competencies, advocating for increased resources to support member-driven research.
5. Strengthen partnerships across the healthcare education spectrum, utilizing my experience as a commercial supporter to build bridges and create collaborative opportunities.

My entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a deep understanding of health policy and its implications for CPD, will enable me to contribute fresh perspectives to the board's decision-making processes.
